About Us

We are an independent online news platform founded and operated entirely by high school students. Our organization was established with the aim of creating a credible, responsible, and intellectually engaging space where young journalists can report, analyze, and comment on current events while adhering to ethical journalistic standards.

Our publication focuses on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to current affairs, education, culture, arts, science, and issues that directly or indirectly affect young people. We strive to present information in a clear, accurate, and accessible manner, while maintaining objectivity and critical depth. Our content is produced through research, fact-checking, and editorial collaboration, reflecting our commitment to responsible journalism.

In addition to being an independent digital news outlet, we also serve as the official school newspaper of Notre Dame de Sion High School. In this capacity, we document and report on the academic, cultural, and social life of our school community. We aim to preserve institutional memory by covering school events, student initiatives, projects, and achievements, while also providing a platform for student voices, opinions, and creative expression.

Our editorial team consists entirely of students who take on roles such as writers, editors, designers, and coordinators. Through this structure, we encourage teamwork, leadership, and accountability, allowing students to gain hands-on experience in journalism, media ethics, and digital publishing. The platform serves not only as a source of information but also as an educational environment where students develop critical thinking, communication skills, and media literacy.

We believe that journalism plays a crucial role in fostering informed, conscious, and engaged individuals. As young journalists, we approach news with curiosity, responsibility, and a commitment to truth. Our goal is not only to inform, but also to encourage readers to question, reflect, and engage with the world around them.

By combining the perspective of youth with journalistic discipline, we seek to contribute meaningfully to both our school community and the wider public sphere. We remain committed to transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement as we grow as a student-led media organization.
